Fear has a funny way of paralyzing us...of making us feel we cannot achieve our goals even if we see the end result and know we will arrive at our desired destination. But the real truth is creating a better you doesn't mean there will be no fear. It means in spite of, despite the fear, you do it afraid. You do it even though you may feel broken. You do it even though you may feel tired, sad, uninspired or in despair. You push. You fall down seven times, and you get up the eighth time. You fight to be a healthier, happier and a better you because you absolutely deserve it!
